Volunteer Manager
The Humane Society of Tampa Bay has a full time, salaried position open as Manager for their volunteer program. Looking for a friendly, out-going individual with great people skills who is not intimidated talking in front of large groups of people. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and be able to multi-task. Responsible for training volunteers, working as a liaison between staff & volunteers, writing weekly publication Volunteer Voice, scheduling Animeals deliveries, organizing recognition events for volunteers, assisting in the shelter when needed, and representing the Humane Society of Tampa Bay with knowledge, confidence and a cheerful attitude. Experience in management and working with animals preferred.
