The Humane Society of Tampa Bay

One day me and my family went the Humane Society and I told my parents I wanted a certain kind of dog. It was a male black lab named Bentley but my parents said that they would think about it. The next day when I got picked up from school Bentley was sitting in the front seat! But he got used to my mom more and became more of my mom’s dog. Ever since then I’ve asked my parents for a new dog but they said that we were not going to get another one. On the Christmas of 2012, it was a about a week before Christmas. My dad picked me up from school and took us to the Humane Society and I was so curious. When we went in, my dad talked to the people at the front desk for a little and then we waited outside. I asked my dad what we were doing and he said a lady was going to bring out two dogs and if I wanted one we could take him home. I was so excited I felt like I was going to cry. When the lady brought out the two dogs I really liked one of them and I got to take him home. He is a terrier mix, and he looks like he might have a little bit of Jack Russell. He came with the name Blue but I named him Buster. My dad calls him Buster Blue. I love the Humane Society because that is where I got my two dogs, Buster and Bentley, and it is where I had the two best days of my life. Buster is the little one. Bentley is the bigger one.
