I adopted Micah 7 years ago. He was my 40th Birthday present to myself. He was almost 3 when I adopted him, and he will be 10 on Friday, October 1. Micah is a loving dog. Everyone he sees he has to say hello to. For a dog that only weighs 10lbs he thinks he weighs 100, and is very protective of his mommy. He has so much energy that it is sometimes contagious. I can not think of a better Birthday present I have ever received. I have a car magnet that reads, “My Mommy Rescued Me, however I have recently seen one that says “Who Rescued Who”?. That one is truly fitting for Micah and myself, because we rescued each other.
Micah has also been a Therapy Dog at Shriners Childrens Hospital and Hope Lodge.
