Payroll Questions

Who do I contact about changing my direct deposit?

You can change your direct deposit by signing into Ultipro HERE 

Myself>Direct Deposit>Click on the Add Button>List all information with a red asterisk>Save.

A message will appear displaying the pre-note. You’ll need to inform accounting, Jen Hall at jenniferh@humanesocietytampa.org, about the update and request the deletion or modification of your previous account.

When do I get paid?

Our payroll cycle runs from Thursday to Wednesday, with employees receiving their pay the following Thursday for work completed during the previous week.

Who should I contact if I have questions about my paycheck?

Please reach out to your manager or supervisor for assistance.

I need to update my address?

Sign into Ultipro

Once signed in go to: Myself >> Name, Address, and Telephone >> Edit >> Make required changes and save

Who should I contact for employment verification when buying a car, house, or renting an apartment?

Please have your contact email HR colleent@humanesocietytampa.org or fax in @ (813) 876-0765 for verification. Allow up to 48 hours for a response.

I need a copy of my W2, where can I get it?

You can access your pay stubs by signing into Ultipro HERE 

Myself>Pay>Pay History>U.S. Wage and Tax Statements. Click on the blue date for the year you need, the W2 will populate, then click on print.

I need copies of my paystubs, what do I need to do?

You can access your pay stubs by signing into Ultipro HERE

Myself>Pay>Pay History>by each check paid out there is a box you click on>top right corner clicks on download>a page that states Pay Statement Download Options, chose which one you want (you can check multiple boxes).

Then click on create file

The following screen will appear:

      Click on open

              The pay statement will pop up, and then you click print

I want to change my 401K, what do I need to do?

Please contact Vestwell 5 at (917) 979-5358 – option 1 or help@vestwell.com M-F 9 am-5 pm. Once you make the change, they will email HR/Accounting to authorize and update your weekly deductions.

How do I request time off or submit vacation days?

You must be employed for 90 days and work full-time.

Sign into Ultipro HERE

Time Classic>Myself>Time Off>Dashboard>Create Request>Enter Start Date/End Date>Submit.

Please advise your manager that you requested the time off. HSTB will accommodate if possible. HSTB must also ensure that business needs and operations are not interrupted as a result. PTO time is subject to PTO time can only be taken in 4 or 8 hour increments. (Page 23 employee handbook).

What is the procedure for performance reviews?

All employees are scheduled for a 90-day and annual performance review to ensure ongoing success in their roles. If you have not yet received your review, please reach out to your manager.
