Pet

If you are no longer able to care for your pet or if you have found a stray that you cannot keep, we accept “surrenders” between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, seven days a week, at our Intake Department located on the lower level of our shelter. Please park in the covered parking garage. Please bring your photo ID and expect a wait during peak hours.

Due to limited space and resources, we cannot guarantee that every surrender will be accepted. There will be a surrender fee based on the type of animal collected upon surrender: $50 for dogs, $30 for cats, and $10 for pocket pets.
